Production Process
Through our meticulous production workflow — Materials → Press → Heat Treatment → Repress → CNC → Surface Treatment, followed by final automatic functional testing and packaging — we maintain strict quality control at every stage. This comprehensive and meticulous approach ensures that every powder metallurgy component we deliver meets the highest standards of precision, consistency, and reliability.
Raw Materials
Selection of raw materials: high purity and high compressibility of water atomized iron powder, sponge iron powder or iron-based alloyed powder (containing Si, Ni, Al, Co and other elements) as raw materials;

Uniform Sieving
The powders are uniformly sieved to ensure consistent particle size distribution and optimal flowability.

Mold Preparation and Filling
Precision molds are prepared, and the powder is accurately filled into the die cavities.


Compaction
The powder is compressed under high pressure in the mold to form a "green" compact with the desired shape and initial strength.

Aligning and Arrangement
The green compacts are carefully aligned and neatly arranged for efficient transfer to the next process.

Weight Inspection and Density Testing
Every compact undergoes weight checking and density testing to ensure consistency and quality before sintering.


High-Temperature Sintering
The green compacts are sintered in a controlled high-temperature furnace, bonding the metal particles into strong, durable parts.


Precision Sizing / Full Reshaping
The sintered parts are precisely reshaped (sized) to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and improved accuracy.

Automatic Machining Line
Parts are processed on a fully automatic CNC machining line for precise turning, drilling, and finishing.

Eco-Friendly Dacromet Coating
An environmentally friendly Dacromet coating is applied to enhance corrosion resistance and surface durability.

Fully Automatic Functional Testing
All components undergo 100% automatic functional and performance testing to guarantee reliability.


Packaging and Shipping
Qualified products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment to customers worldwide.
